Delivery details

  • Free Worlwide Delivery
  • Logistics providers Fedex or HDL [depending on availavility and costs]
  • Orders placed after 4 pm EST will be processed the next day.
  • If the product that you ordered was sold out before or at the time of the purchase, a customer service assistant will contact you as soon as possible to offer a similar product or the delays for the same product.
  • It is also possible to get a refund if you prefer.
  • Please note: some of our products are limited editions and other products can be occasionally out of stock because of their sales popularity.
  • On holidays, orders will be processed the next business day.

Returns

On the My Orders page, enter your order number and email address [the one you use to place the order].

Pack the items in the original packaging, including any documentation and accessories received with the product.

Make sure that the package is secure and that the product do not risk being damaged during shipping.

Consider that to return the product, it can not have been used.

Domestic orders within the USA: Returns within the USA are free.

International orders: The customer will pay the shipping costs for returned products.
